 A:

That depends on the house.  Usually cats are not allowed at all.  Some owners allow dogs, but require more information about them, such as their size and age.

 A:

You pay half of the rent when you sign the lease, and the second half 60 days prior to arrival.  Your security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
